Shipping
The team at Brass & Bone are continuing to pack orders without delay - however you may experience delays with shipping. We want to assure you that we are doing everything we can, but unfortunately there may be delays with Australia Post.
Due to COVID-19 we have seen a number of delays with Australia Post as of recent. Currently, a majority of our Australian orders are being delivered with only minor delays, however there will be longer delays expected with all of our International parcels.
The Australia Post express post service is being impacted, and unfortunately they cannot live up to the next day delivery promise. Your items will still be prioritised, however there is a chance that it may not arrive overnight. You can read more about Australia Post and the delays here.

When will my order be shipped?
We aim to ship out your parcels within 1-4 business days. On the off chance that you have waited more than 4 days and your order has not been shipped - please do get in contact with us as soon as possible at hello@brassandbone.com.au with your Full Name and order number, and we will be able to resolve this for you.
Customs Charges & Duties
All of our products are shipped from the Gold Coast, Australia.
Please note: customers can be charged for buying and importing product into their country. Brass & Bone does not take any responsibility of any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, and the recipient must cover these charges.
Please note that the shipping charge from us does not cover, collect, or handle any tax charges or fees for the parcel entering its destination. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these will be, as these fees vary widely from country to country.
We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering anything online, so that you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.
Does my order require a signature?
None of our parcels require a signature on delivery, however if you would prefer for us to make that an option for your order - please leave us a note at the checkout, or send us an email with your Full Name and order number within 12 hours of you parcel being ordered.

Please do note that these time frames are estimates only, and are applicable after your parcel is with the carrier.
Estimated delivery times do not include customs delays or holds. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within the estimated delivery time, please contact your local customs office or shipping courier. If you're still having trouble with delivery please reach out to hello@brassandbone.com.au with your Full Name and order number and we will assist you as much as we can.
