We know shopping online can sometimes be a lil scary, especially if the returns policy is full of big words & you don't really know what is going on!
We accept returns on ALL** items (unless you bought a mystery box), and are happy to lodge a return for you!
Pop us an email to email@example.com with your order number, and what pieces you wanna return. It does have to be within 7 days of you receiving the parcel, and we do ask that you cover the cost of postage back to us.
Once we have received the items, we will be able to process a refund for the final amount that you paid for the earrings, minus the shipping cost that you have paid.
If you received free shipping - you will receive a refund for the products you would like to return (or a full refund if you decide to return all pieces).
If you have used a discount code, your refund will be the final amount you paid for that item (minus the discount).
We accept returns on your new Lovely Tee's for change of mind, and we are happy to accomodate an exchange if you need to swap sizes (given we have your correct size in stock!).
All pieces must be unworn and unwashed, and be returned to us in their original packaging. All returns will be assessed upon arrival, and once we are happy that they meet our standards we will issue a refund or exchange for you lovely!
Typically, earring & jewellery stores don't accept returns due to hygiene reasons, which is totally fair. But we started Brass & Bone for the customer. You thought they'd look cute on but maybe they're just not your vibe? No problemo bestie, let's find you the right pair!
Please do note - once your earring pieces are returned to us, they do go straight in the bin (the acrylic & paper items can be recycled in the future, but all hardware is tossed for hygiene purposes).
